BAS2000 Product Advisory Committee (PAC)

On behalf of ECNO Boards using BAS2000 the PAC addresses the following:

  • Application requirements
  • New features and modules
  • Review, prioritize and approve enhancements
  • Review, prioritize and approve change requests
  • Issues
  • Develop processes or procedures for change requests and issues
  • Survey and consult with users for
  • Consensus on changes
  • Advice
  • Priorities
  • Review related products, proposals
  • Host User group meetings
  • Establish focus groups or sub-committees when required

The BAS2000 PAC is made up of volunteer ECNO school board representatives that represent all application areas. The committee includes:

  • SRB representative (ideally a senior manager) (non-voting)
  • ECNO Advisory Committee representative
  • School Board Business SO representative
  • School Board Senior IT Management representative
  • Manager/Supervisor - Purchasing
  • Manager/Supervisor - Accounting
  • Manager/Supervisor - Budget
  • Representative from PSC
