Trillium Product Advisory Committee (PAC)
On behalf of ECNO Boards using Trillium the PAC addresses the following:
- Provide input and feedback to SRB and share ideas that are critical in assisting SRB with delivering the best SMS solutions to meet the needs of their Ontario school board clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with the ECNO Advisory Committee (EAC) to identify recommendations to be brought forward to the ECNO Board of Directors.
- Act in advisory capacity on behalf of the entire Ontario customer base of Trillium ECNO School Boards.
- Liaison with the TUG (Trillium User Group) and Trillium PSC (Priority Setting Committee) and the EAC (ECNO Advisory Committee) representative.
The Trillium PAC is made up of volunteer ECNO school board representatives that represent all application areas. The committee includes:
- ECNO Advisory Committee representative
- School Board SO representative
- School Board Senior IT Management representative
- School Senior Administrator
- School Guidance representative
- School Board representative relating to current Ministry initiatives
- School Board Central Trillium Support Staff (3)
- French School Board representative
- SRB Senior Manager (non-voting)
